Combining and Deduping two databases

I've been using Cinta (PRO) at home and at work and find that I need to combine the two databases and remove duplicate entries.

Custom SQLite collations in the past have made this impossible to do through a database manager; what's the preferred method now?

If you take the CN database (.db) from one computer and do a File>Import in CN on the other, it will import all the notes and sections and by default, it will drop the duplicates.
