Hi guys,

sorry I'm with somewhat disappointing news.. Due to huge workload on my dayjob I won't be able
to release CintaNotes 1.1 before May 5th. Sorry for that and please stay tuned, the development
is ongoing.

Once again, to remind what is planned for this version:

- DropBox sync support without having to close CN;
- Auto-scroll long notes when searching
- Ability to exclude tags from search
- Updated search highlighting for extended query syntax
- New keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl+Ins and Shift+Ins for Copy/Paste, Ctrl+N to add new note
- 7 bugfixes

I am using dropbox to sync my cintanotes, so glad your next version will add this feature.

I am very curious to try sync with Dropbox, it is news about the release date for version 1.1?

One of the bugs I mentioned before has caused a quite serious rewrite, so it is still going to be awhile.

CintaNotes is the best notetaking application I have found and I'm using it now for a couple of months, the only thing I'm waiting for is some basic formatting support, like bold, italics, but also the use of tabstops or lists.
Do you have any idea when this feature will be added?

basic formatting support sits tight in the schedule for the first commercial version of the program.
However the timeline is quite unpredictable because of my workload.
All that I can say is that it is planned to be within 4-5 months from now.

Howover, it is easy to understand. And usefull.
