It would be great if I could move notes from the bottom to the top.

Note grouping and sorting is already planned for CintaNotes (a bit like in Outlook, but simpler). Would you still need arbitrary note rearranging in this case?

i would like to have in programme possibility to get URL from browser automatically, with the further record in the entry field «LINK»

which web browser are you using?
CintaNotes implements this for Internet Explorer since the Beta M3 version, and Firefox and Opera support will be added in the next version.

-would be better have one more hot key, for create own thoughts and ideas,to fast move in window editor of program for writing.

I don't really feel I need to rearrange beyond maybe being able to put the newer notes on top instead of bottom. Looking forward to multiple notebook files and fast switching for better organization. Hope there might be a way to search those as quickly when not open though.

There already is such a hotkey in Beta M6. But it's turned off by default, you can configure it in the Options/Hot Keys dialog.

I guess this will have to be something for advanced search, although I'm thinking of making a special "Search" tab, where search results from all active notebooks will be listed. I need first to implement section tabs and multiple notebook support though
