[UI] Tag sidebar should remember the last selection when reactivated

If I have selected a set of notes with Tag Sidebar, e.g. those tagged to-do, and then press F5 (tag Sidebar toggle) my view changes and I see ALL notes. This is not what I expected. Surely if I press F5 twice I should have the view I started with. Nod

This is deliberate, because pressing F5 (hiding the sidebar) and having no clue that you're seeing only part of the notes would be much worse.

Nod, I've given it a bit more thought and it occured to me that the sidebar could remember its last selection and re-activate it when displayed again. It that what you'd expect?

That would be good. Thanks. Nod
