importance flags

Hello,
I think it would be great to have the ability to have a flagging systems to set the level of importance/urgency (i.e high, medium, low). The notes with higher importance would show at the top of the lists. What do you think?

Imo this feature does not entirely fit the request here, as it omits the ability to distinguish priority. The closest match is this feature:
