Suggestion: allow notes to be dragged manually

How about allowing individual notes to be dragged and dropped to different sections of the CN interface window, by dragging merely to the appropriate section tab? Upon hovering over a tabbed section, the tab could automatically open, allowing the user to continue the drag to the appropriate spot.
