1st post here , and CintaNotes is really a great tool. 8-)
and i really like the idea of tagging instead of a hierarchical structure

my thoughts :

it might be more convenient if tags can be copied from one note to another without activate editing mode
or if i drag a block of text (feature implemented in the future?) onto an existing note, same tags are generated too

I reckon this should be considered a feature request...

Yes, and actually I see here two feature requests ;)

Copying tags from one note to another without edit mode - I think it would be a nice feature if implemented unobtrusively, like right-clicking on source tags in the list, picking "copy tags", right-clicking on the target note tags (or the area where they would be) and picking "paste tags".
Or alternatively having a command that would unify tags on a selection of notes. Two set operations, namely union and intersection, can be handy here. Subtraction won't be that clear and easy to use since it depends on the order of the arguments.

I object to this one, since when I'm dragging something into CN I don't want to become a sniper and carefully select the note I'm dragging onto.
While dragging, the whole CN window should be considered as a simple drop box, with the possible exception for the tabs when they come along.
