include link to file
when focus window is a file browser application
i.e. cintanotes replaces file tagging which is now gone from windows OS
currently only the filename is going into the body of the note
and there is no full path link in the "link" field of the note.

Hi rws, thanks for the suggestion!
Would this idea fit the bill?

Re: file tagging
It might be close enough. I'm not sure if the drag and drop mechanism is important
or what was motivating the earlier feature request, but I would be looking for as much
metadata from the file to go into the note, etc.
Hoping this use of the feature will be enough motive for it to be implemented...
Thanks,
Robert

Re: file tagging
Of course, we could add a new request, but this one already has 36 votes - something to think about.
The traffic on the roadmap is rather low, and I think that voting for this request and adding a note to it would be your best bet.
