[UI] Tag sidebar width
I have some long tag names that I cannot see the full text of in the SideBar, e.g. auto-fit-sidebar-width. Can you allow this? Maybe allow the user to set the width, or drag the width with the mouse? Or maybe auto-fit to the longest tag name? Nod

You can add the following line to the cintanotes.settings file to change the default width:
app.mainframe.tagsidebar.width = 200
200 is width in pixels here.

So can we consider this issue resolved, or maybe leave the suggestion for draggable-width sidebar?
In the second case we need a poll.

Re: [Suggestion] SideBar width
I'd consider it closed too, with the disclosure of the setting herein, since I prefer to have a fixed sidebar, not having an additional worry about acidental dragging -- I do understand though that some people would rather have the flexibility of dragging to resize it. Should a poll be posted?
EDIT: It also dawned on me that this tip would be a good entry for starting a forum FAQ thread. What fo you think?

A FAQ - good idea. What about having it downloadable and in CinaNotes? But wait until multiple note files can be opened. Nod

Do we really need to download it? How about capturing it with CintaNotes? We should also start putting these more advanced tips and tricks together in another thread to have them all in one place!

Re: [Suggestion] SideBar width
Shall we start a thread then and sticky it?
Maybe we could start the [faq] tag?
Maybe we could start the [faq] tag?
No trees were killed in the creation of this message. However, many electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

I think so, but I would prefer to have a 'go!' from Alex...

Sorry guys I'm in a bit of a Zeitnot right now, so I'm not so active on the forum. Hopefully in the next couple
of days I'll be able to finally release Beta M9.
The FAQ topic - I think that's a really good idea!
There is the "official" FAQ in the Help, but well you know, "nobody reads help" )
So having a "[Goodie] CintaNotes Tips & Tricks" thread would be nice, and it also could
be the breeding ground for the official FAQ. So go ahead;)
