[Open] cintanotes and bartPE

hello and thanks for this simple useful light and free software
i've searched a lot for something like this, but now i've found it... i have a little problem:
i wanted to use cinta portable version with bartPE on a bootable usb flash drive,
but
it doesn't work
when i try to create a new note, it says runtime error
there's a hope to make it work with bartPE?

I have very little experience with the Windows Pre-install Environment, appart from running some pre-packed distros, so the developer might be the only one able to answer your query -- I'm guessing some vital component is missing from BartPE...

I have not a lot of experience with BartPE but briefly tested this to find the missing error message. CN starts correctly but when inserting a note we have an error

class std::runtime_error
bad locale name

In CN folder there's also a log.txt file with many messages like this

ui::wndProc class std::runtime_error
bad locale name

Maybe I have to add that my BartPE iso was created using an italian Windows XP CD (if I remember correctly).

Edit: CN started correctly without the error message only at the very first execution, now I receive the error at startup. Hope these info are useful.
