No Backup

I am using CintaNotes 1.4.3 installed on Windows 7 Professional C Drive and have been using it for over a year. It's one of my favorite programs. My data is stored on D:/Cintanotes
Today I thought I better check if it retains a back up. I searched both drives for notebook.hourly.db, notebook.daily.db and notebook.weekly.db and none of the files were found even though I have the three boxes under backup checked. Can anyone say why my data is apparently not being backed up?

xymptlx : try searching for "cintanotes.daily.db" etc...

Yes, mhf is correct, you should be searching for "cintanotes.daily.db" etc.
