Sync – Delete Tag Problem?

I created two new notes – fish1 and fish2
And tagged the with a new tag – fish
Sync - uploaded 2 new notes
Sync again – no changes found
Ok so far
In tag sidebar I selected tag fish, and deleted it, keeping the two notes
The two notes had the tag removed
Sync – no changes found
Isn’t this wrong, sync should have uploaded the two updated notes.

Just tried your fish test and it worked ok for me, but that was with new notes. when I tried deleting tags from existing notes I encountered your problem, even after waiting several sync cycles. I deleted the tag from 5 existing notes without deleting the notes and the sync has left the tag still there on the remote database.

Is there a way to refresh the remore copy from the local updated copy?

Is there a way to see the log for the sync activities?

I confirm - this seems to be a bug introduced in one of the last versions.
We'll fix it in 2.8.4 which is scheduled for next week.
